THE NORDSCHLEIFE
Opened in 1927, the Nordschleife is probably one of the most spectacular and traditional race tracks in the world.
Until the end of the 1970s, numerous Formula 1 and motorbike Grand Prix races were held on the famous uphill and downhill drive through the Eifel.
With a length of over 20 km and 73 curves, the Nordschleife is still one of the greatest challenges for motorsport enthusiasts from all over the world.

RIDING EXPERIENCE
Most of the common companies offer flights to Frankfurt which is the among the closest international airports to the Nordschleife.
Upon your arrival, you will be greeted by Metzeler staff and set up for a transfer shuttle, approx. 1.5h transfer to your hotel directly at the Nürburgring.
Most passports do not require a visa to enter Germany, but it is advisable to check before travelling if you may require one.
The stylish Lindner Nürburgring Congress Hotel is located directly on the start and finish straight of the Nürburgring.
An exciting event & business location with casino and helicopter landing pad. Surrounded by the charming a landscape, it is also a casual and last but not least first-class cool pit stop for sports-enthusiastic active holidaymakers, comfort-loving adventurers and all those who want to experience the Nürburgring on the luxurious tour!
PLEASE NOTE:
The event is only suitable for experienced motorcyclists, who should ideally already have experience on racetrack.
Riding is exclusively in small groups behind experienced instructors.
The Metzeler event starts exclusively in the grouping for Nordschleife beginners who have not yet ridden on the Nordschleife!
Participants must wear their own complete protective clothing with leather suit, full-face helmet, back protector as well as motorbike gloves and boots.
Participants must be at least 25 years old and hold a valid motorbike licence that entitles them to ride open-wheel machines.
Riding is exclusively on motorbikes (BMW S1000RR) provided by Metzeler and equipped in accordance with the valid regulations of the StVo.
The riding of pillion riders is not permitted.
The event will take place within the framework of the Perfection Training Nürburgring Nordschleife organised by the MOTORRAD Action Team.
The participants must have a knowledge of English or German.
All participants must sign the necessary documents.

METZELER THE EPIC RIDE
2 days of instructor-guided riding in small groups on the Nordschleife.
The latest model versions of the BMW S 1000 RR will be available to participants for the two days.
